 Dalian Free-trade Zone Da Xian Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the biggest mould make enterprise in northeastern area of China. It mainly manufactures some big-sized and middle-sized precision plastic moulds and some plastic wares, mainly produces electrical appliances, automobiles, communications, electrical instruments and civil productions. The registration capital of the company is RMB 28 millions yuan, the fixed assets is RMB 80 millions yuan. The building size is 21, 000 square meters. The architecture area is 27,000 square meters. There are 198 people working here now. Among them, engineering technical personnel 36, all kinds of professional administrative personnel 30. The company possesses 87 product machines. Among them, 7 CNC machine,and EDN and wire cutting machine, 40T~1800T imported mode locker and 24 homemade injection machines. We imported one most advanced and automation spray coating product line from Japan, spraying on cover of mobile phone and cover of televisions. We have formed into a set of production system: mould development----- injection moulding-----spray on cover---production installation. All the mould design and manufacturing adopted CAD/CAM(PRO/EDELCAM).
